We believe ongoing education and exploration are key to keeping up with current trends. Each member of our staff, from head stylist to floor assistant, is given stipend funds and time away from the salon to this end - because investing in our team is an investment for our guests.

Jordan
Co-Founder & Colorist
Born and raised in Michigan, Jordan changed her views, working in Manhattan salons before returning home to bring the Big Apple vibe to the Detroit beauty industry.
Jon
Co-Founder & Stylist
Michigan native, Jon worked on-set in the industry with Hollywood celebrities before opening 3eleven Aesthetics with Jordan.
Kennedy
Lead Stylist
Apprenticed in Chicago, Kennedy infuses current trends, classic style, and the newest techniques so that guests always leaving looking their best.
Lindsey
Lead Colorist
Mixing the perfect shades is Lindsey's specialty. From virgin hair to major color correction, she will have any head of hair shining bright.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. 24-hour cancellation is greatly appreciated. 50% service fee will apply for missed appointments.
